  • @P4K1souljah working out doesnt stunt your growth...

  • @P4K1souljah you wont get shorter but if you are skinny too then it will be very difficult for you to gain muscle. i an also 15 but im 5ft 9 and i find it much easier than my tall friends to gain some muscle, hope that helped :)

  • @ThatOlliePerson however, you cant get built like brandon carter if you aint skinny, im sure brandon carter started as a skinny guy, thats why his waist is so small, you just need to bulk up for some time, hit weights and do compound exercises after to lose bodyfat to define the muscles

  • @EncouraginTv yeah very true, but im reasonably skinny but not 'visible rib cage' skinny, although i have a terrible diet which i need to change to turn my 2 pack into a 6 pack :) but losing weight is a lengthy and difficult process which im not looking forward to whereas muscle gain be fun and it varies alot

  • Actually those are 25's, the thick vinyl plates are 7 and a half and the small plates are 5's. I own this set from wall mart and they cost 20 bucks, little spring clips and all.

  • @lincolnvelasquez rear flys suck hard so i always do those :D you gain not so much on your posterior but it's more fun, you'll probably end up with too big traps though, so rear flys are inevitable :D

  • @69psyshroom No it depends.... ever here of compound workouts? Theres no should or shouldn't as long as he doesn't do any back or shoulders the day before or after then he can do them both together

  • @Jugglemisterer yes actually i was doing back/biceps chest/triceps and shoulder/legs but it didnt work very well..now i do everything seperatly (chest 1 day legs the next back the other day etc..)and it works pretty well

    for me at least..

  • @69psyshroom Yeah only working each muscle once a week is best in my opinion too, but no one should not do a workout because it is a compound exercise. If The muscle that is being worked along with the muscle you are working isnt being done the day before of the day after then why not do it.
