That tilted back approach works great for standing up playing. He was also ergonomic before everyone else. I've got a Farfisa FAST 4 I'm very tempted to tune like this. Anyone know the pitches? Or where I can see a list of the frequencies?
Our neighbor's church group had this same Farfisa. I remember because it matched the color of our Galaxy station wagon.
You too can micro-tune your analog (pre- large scale integrated circuit LSI) organ. I have a Farfisa FAST 4 that has a very well designed and built system. The pc boards come out wile still wired for in-circuit repair. The tone generators are compactly placed on a hinged tray ( all aluminum w/ big chrome thumb screws), swings down for easy repair. An excellent Hammond sound!
he is EGYPTIAN ... and the tabla and riq players are Lebanese ... this clip was recorded in beirut in 1974... magdi el husseini used to stay a lot in lebanon...
