Lentil Loaf

What is the measurement for the lentils? And do they need to be steamed first? If so, how long? Also, what is the cooking time for this loaf?

I use the pre-steamed lentils in the 19 oz. box from Trader Joe's. If you can't find that, use 1 pound of lentils (measure after cooking). Steam them first. Cooking time for lentil loaf: 50 minutes at 350 degrees.  - Chef AJ
