  • Great album from a band that most people have never heard of.

  • @AscendingAlloy1

This song is good but its not in the same league as 1987 - Jon needs good songwriters to write with he is not as good on his own

  • @Tricksterize I, personally, think it's just as good. Although some of the songs are a bit suspect lyrically (SEX CHILD). But It's still miles ahead of Whitesnake's SLIP OF THE TONGUE record.

  • that seummer i fell in deep love with a number of great records...cinderella-long cold winter, kingdom come-in your face, badlands self titled album and this one....gosh it's the greatest trio ever put together, everyone in this band is an ace in his role....john sykes is the jimi hendrix still alive, tony franklin speaks with his bass, and carmine appice could beat down a house with his drumplaying....AWESOME SONGS!!!!!!!!

  • Mighty stuff....

  • Seems very apt for what is happening right now in the UK...

  • yes,,the bass player is actually farting!!

  • i enjoyed drumming on this,,thanx!

  • I still have this on cassette, but don't own a cassette player anymore, dang!

  • @71Lenny (Hey, this is the same person as the original uploader, this is just my new account.)

I still have my old copy of this on cassette, too! But the difference between you and I is that I do still have my cassette player, and it still kicks ass. I have a friend who claims to have a vinyl copy, yet I can't confirm that.

Also, I've been thinking about uploading the whole album on this account between my projects. More people need to know about this album, and I want to help ensure that.

  • Brilliant song, love the fretless bass. So much intensity and drama in this song. I can't believe he considered getting someone else to do vocals.

  • Check it out, everybody.

I Won't be on this account anymore, so anybody who comes across this video and wants to see more of my stuff, check out my new acc "Oceangiraffe".

    That's all.

  • According to Wikipedia, Eddie Trunk's 4th FAV debut album out of 5 is Blue Murder's album.

  • Comment removed

  • Blue Murder's self-titled debut album, to me, is one of the best rock albums to listen to from start to finish.

  • I heARD how killer these guys were.i dont know?I just dont care for it. but this is the first song. maybe I will like the other songs better

  • I forgot how Absolutely Incredible this album is!! The production and the musicianship is Amazing!! The Sound is HUGE!!

  • @ironyogadoc, if you want to know why the sound is huge, it's because this great album was recorded at the now long gone Little Mountain Studios in Vancouver, Canada. Bob Rock was the producer. A LOT of GREAT sounding albums (including this one) were recorded there.

  • I like so much the Drum!!!

  • I still have the original cassette and it has a pride of place amongst my music collection. These days its listened to on a CD, but I'll pass the cassette on to my young son when he needs educating in the ways of rock !!!! Better look on ebay for a tape deck lol. Awesome trio, outstanding talent and amazing music all these years later.

  • @HardWon071

I had the vinyl album. It survived, along with the turntable, until 2004. Later I downloaded it from I-Tunes. I liked the album quality better.

  • This was my 1st ever CD along with a Japanese band called Loudness (cant remember which album though) when I got my first cd player

  • @Vamphetamine Blue Murder and Loudness both rock.

  • @CraiggyOats Don't forget E-Z-O if you are going to mention Loudness.

  • @Vamphetamine

if you don't have it anymore get lightning strikes, hurricane eyes, crazy nights, days from home, in my dreams, let it go, run for your life.

  • man listen to that beautiful fretless bass...love it...Sykes..love it.....

  • No doubt about it...AWESOME FUKIN ROCK ALBUM!

  • ...This is killer stuff!! Drummer.T.Man from T.O.!!!

  • Awesome!!! John Sykes rules!!

  • 懐かしい。この曲好きだったな。

  • You're damn right about that! One of the best hardrock albums without doubt

  • KILLER KILLER KILLER. Everyone and everything on this kicks fucking ass.
