put a couple more holes in the ash catcher. not to much or else it will look like spongebob lol. but a couple more holes maybe like 5 it will be easier to draw i bet and it will still serve it's purpose.

the wind cover actually helps in 2 ways. it obviously stops wind from blowing ash and hots around. this is also good at parties so no one knocks coal off. it also keeps heat inside more making it hit faster and harder. i also just use a foil ring. ill try and post a video to explain.

The size of the chamber makes little to no difference as far as smoke goes. I made my hookah out of a Sobe bottle and i get PLENTY of smoke.

No, if you inhale off the coal before its completely glowing it'll give you one hell of a headache. Quicklights live off alot of carbon monoxide when they are lighting, dont really want that shit in my lungs
