  • @TomSawyerPainting No it's all I had at the time. Thanks!

  • Nice Video. Do you prefer the Pintle Hitch over Gooseneck?

  • I'm thinking of getting those towing mirrors for my 98' Ram 1500 5.2. Is it worth the money?

  • @lomira123 Yes. Look on ebay.

  • @LetsTalkDirt Are they sturdy? Like do they vibrate alot?

  • was it just a down shift at 1:40 ot do you have an exhaust break of some sort or is it an auto with two haul... Nice video by the way

  • @slither1293 Thanks! Its a manual trans, no exhaust brake just a down shift with out the clutch.

  • @slither1293 Thanks! Its a manual trans, no exhaust brake just a down shift with out the clutch.

  • Wow, you got the back tires of the ground! That must have weighed a ton! Probably would have been better to use a fith wheel, though.

  • Wow! Rear dodge tires off the ground @ :40 .

  • i pull my jd 650 j dozer on a goose neck no problems! not even a duallly just a 2500! cummins baby!!!

  • That truck didn't even break a sweat.

  • Ok... one question... why the heck isn't he using a goose neck?

  • thats stuip, you can haul it ...can you stop it?

  • @cornbreadfool22 yes, by applying pressure to the brake pedal

  • @LetsTalkDirt LOL INSANITY! IMPOSSIBLE! Brakes....stop a truck? NEVAR!!! lol. moving on.

  • @cornbreadfool22 What do you think these trucks were built for? Thats a baby dozer. Its not like you need to break out the rig and low boy to move that little thing.

  • i would love to see a duramax do this it would broke down before it ever leave the drive way. that why u should buy a ford or a dodge the two best trucks in the USa. chevy the most shittes in the usa.

  • the cummins on anything can get the job done, lol

  • i have a random question but whats the big chrome tank in the back for? the ones with the fueling hoses on them?

  • @The654378900firebird aux fuel tank? to hold more fuel

  • Damn that trucks a Haus

  • Is this ivin alford shop

  • waiting for that hitch to snap off...

  • cummins power! and no faggit your 6.0 powerstroke would have blown a head gasket just thinking about pulling that load!

  • Thats awesome! I love those Dodge duallies, they seem to be really great trucks when properly equipped. I just don't see where all of the brand hate comes from though. I have a 96 F350 dually with a 7.3 and while I am partial to that body style, I would drive anything that can get me from point A to point B and like to see all of these trucks out there working...or playing.

  • @megapizzaman1000 The only thing that over heats on this truck is the brakes, when a soccer mom pulls out in front of me in her f250/350 on the way to buy groceries!

  • @LetsTalkDirt love how you shut him down. haha.

  • @megapizzaman1000 I have an F350 and I regret buying it

  • @megapizzaman1000 ford have a shit v8 diesel engine (power shit i think) it's a light duty engine, don't compare with a Cummins (medium duty) with a Dura S , it's NOT the same CLASS!!!!!!!! sorry to say this but it's the reality, Caterpillar GM (not the Duramax) and Cummins are the BEST and Dodge have the chance to have in trucks, Ford have comfort and brake power, BUT if you want haul, take a RAM and make some modifications!

  • @dahlia1925 i agree with u now cuz i looked at more dodge videos and i noticed that they did have better pulling power than ford does so i apologize if i pissed u off

  • @dahlia1925 7.3s are great for hauling, really strong, reliable motor

  • @megapizzaman1000 Cummins makes the same if not more power with 6 cylinders then the others make with 8 Cylinders. witch also means possibly less fuel consumption.

  • @megapizzaman1000 no get a chevy

  • @megapizzaman1000 ford, Found On Road Dead

  • @megapizzaman1000 and @woodchuck2222 quit the bitching your gunna grow tits

  • @megapizzaman1000 people like this actually need there trucks to work everyday not have pray that its gonna start or blow a head gasket lol ignorant ford fans i tell ya

  • At 2:00 you can see the load push that dually sideways, you know you have a load behind you when the truck slides sideways with that much tongue weight.

  • @woodchuck2222 I was wondering when some one was going to notice that! You wouldn't believe how hard it is to turn that trailer even empty with those triple dually axles there is alot of rubber on the road!

  • @LetsTalkDirt I've done this with a 74' Ford One ton dually automatic with a gas engine haha. Older trucks rule!... Nice video though

  • @woodchuck2222 didnt notice that lol

  • @woodchuck2222 actually that just shows how much weight is on the trailer and hardley any weight on the tounge.

  • If you don't lift your ass end up, you ain't doing it right!

  • with a cummins and a trailor anything can be done!

  • @jhollon95 i got a picture of me pulling my cummins around on a utility trailer with my honda accord... lol so i guess your right. Cummins + Trailer = endless possibility.

  • The cummins motors are why I'm going to school to be a diesel mechanic lol.

  • put the bucket all the way down!

  • Actually the towing capacity with an automatic is higher than the manual.

  • I want a Cummins, is it really that big of a deal if you have a stick or automatic? Everyone acts like its a big deal to have a stick but a lot of people have automatic.

  • @99dodgeram360 If your going to pull with it get a manual!

  • @LetsTalkDirt Thats the other thing, I have a 4x4 V8 now and the only pulling it has seen is a bass boat and people I see stuck on the side of the road in winter. I have learned a lot about diesels here lately and I can tell they are all around just better, I won't be using it for heavy hauling, but I just love them

  • @LetsTalkDirt now why should you go with a manual? just curious.

  • @weiserbud67 Automatics don't hold up. I replaced the original trans in this truck just before this video at 295k miles. I don't drive this truck with out a trailer so those are hard miles, you won't see that kind of mileage out of an automatic pulling every day. Plus better fuel economy!

  • @99dodgeram360 rams with the manual transmission have more power than the automatics an if your going to tow heavy trailers then manual is the only way to go

  • @99dodgeram360 if your gonna pull get a stick if your gonna be cool get a stick lmao!

  • @99dodgeram360 Please whatever you do don't buy an auto I don't care what year it is. They say the 2007+ have the better trannys but don't believe it. I just got a 2007 6.7 with a 6 speed stick. Be ready to pay about 20,000+.

  • @99dodgeram360 A auto would never even move that load, you would have to drive in 4low, even then the tranny wont help you slow down. 2wd and it would just smoke the torque converter.

  • @99dodgeram360 the reason y some people have autos is bc now days they have figured out how to make big n good autos. i have a manual bc i dont want to have to deal with buildin an auto n i hate autos. manuals u just have to really put a big clutch in them n u r set unless u r building a big hp truck then ull have to do some work to the tranny

  • i think that cat weighs a lot, to be able to lift a 3500 off its rear wheels says something, and btw its cummins not cummings

  • @TheJoecool1972 The truck is far too light weight is all it says. I know he was moving it a short distance, but theres a real reason they use actual big trucks instead of light weight pick ups to move stuff like this.

  • You could probly pull six of them with that beast and she wont even break a sweat

  • pulling it is the easy part. now Stoping it is the hard part. that's why they make semi trucks.

  • @kurthageman When your self employed you have to do what it takes!

  • my dad has a 2000 dodge 1 ton dually 4 wheel drive and a stick which we pulled a 85 ford tandem axle dump with 3 quarters of a load of concrete. all i got to say is dodge and cummings cant be beat. and the ramps on the trailer are those hydraulic

  • @D0nTmAkeMEg0Ham yeah the ramps are hydraulic, same type system as a dump trailer.

  • love this video. Just dont load/unload on a hill haha.

  • Hey, that cummins sounded good and pulled that thing with no problem, did you have to modify the rears at all to pull heavier loads or is it all stock?

  • @cat977loader pump is turned up every thing else is stock!

  • this is a BAD ASS video and is a wake up call for me!!!!!!! I own a car hauling business and i use 1 tons..I been considering switching from Ford to Dodge and my mind is made up 100%...That exhaust brake sounds like my big truck...Thanks for the video... PS,i save this in my favorites to show the wife why were going to dodge

  • @lilwildboy Thanks! No exhaust brake though just a straight pipe and a down shift with out the clutch!

  • @LetsTalkDirt WOWWWWWWWW,no exhaust brake LMAO you fooled the HELL out of me.Does that trlr

have electric brakes or is it electric over hydraulics.I've never seen a Tri/Tandem with electric brakes.I use to pull a equipment trailer behind my tri axle dump but of course that was air.I tell you that was alot of lift pressure on that pintle latch.....Once again FANTASTIC video & i found a 2009 3500 in Va. Just waitn for my business loan to hit my Business Account.THANKS BUD FOR EVERYTHING

  • absolutely bad ass video, is that a 96 12 valve?

  • @ItsColdUpNorthh Yes it is thanks!

  • @LetsTalkDirt looks like a nice rig, i've got a 96 2500 cummins, same color too!

  • @ItsColdUpNorthh Seen it on your back ground, very nice truck! You can't beat a 12v cummins!

  • Is your 939 a hi.stat or a power shift?I like the hydraulic ramps.

  • @mc002crowe It is a power shift

  • How about a 963 cat on a tri-axle on the flatbed. my neighbor almost did but reliazied tht the machine was too high for the powerlines. luckly there was a backup lowboy.

  • gese how much did that load weigh?

  • @gdogdieseldually tractor and trailer probably around 27k

  • @LetsTalkDirt good gosh man you have some nerve espicially with a bumper pull

  • @gdogdieseldually I don't do it very often and when I do It is no more than ten miles or so.
