No, they Are enimies from Super Mario RPG which is very old. In the game they were a parody of Power Rangers.The custom sprites may look like those megaman characters but they aren't intended to.

Dude... get your facts straight. There are two versions of "His World" got that? One is by Crush 40 and the other is Zebrahead. This is the Zebrahead version, don't believe then check the comparisons. When smarter in music come back with an excuse.
