What does that mean,kabhi is karwat kabhi us karwat,sometimes this....and sometimes that....,??I remember these words from another much older song,Parul Devi? It rhymed with lipat.I lost that one when my iPod gave up the ghost in an unexpected cloudburst......:D

@madhubala2009 you're most welcome. The word karwat here refers to turning when sleeping. In this song they are singing about being kept awake and turning from one side to the other for the listener lover. The song's video has also been uploaded by me on the shamshad website/ youtube channel. they had three songs in the movie. yes their vigour is not lost at all.
