Snowy doesn't mean it's not sunny :). I'm from Europe (live in the UK - hate the weather and the flatness of the land) but in my home country it's often sunny after it snows. If you go skiing sometimes it gets so hot that you can remove any torso clothing (bear skin - that's right, it's that hot).

Sorry to write again, but you mentioned Oneida, NY, which is my hometown, and I just had to comment. The church is SUPER small. I think it can only fit 2 people and a priest, and that is if they are on their knees. It's weird and it's in the middle of a really gross algae covered pond. Strange.
i think Tennessee used to be the republic of N Carolina, they applied to become the state of Frankland but the votes were 2/3rds short. it would have been the 14th state at the time had it been approved. they tried again in 1787, this time changing the name to Franklin, after Benjamin Franklin in an attempt to get him on their side, but he didnt support it. they tried being an independant republic for a while but the government collapsed and N Carolina took it back, and ceded it to the US again.
