  • Don't listen to these idiots. Just Internet trolls that have nothing better to do, I think this is a neat idea... Also coming from a supra enthusiast. I was going to do this to one of my supras with my dad. Nice work!

  • Wow...please take this frakenstein mess off the road. I have two mk2's, and from a real supra enthusiast, this shit is tragic. The best place for a comaro is on fire...and a chevy v8 is on a sewing machine

  • @nicholirage

stfu you aint a car guy

  • @nicholirage

as a supra enthusiast you should know most old supras end up in the crusher, i can pick up a 7m for $500 any day of the week around here.

  • worst supra ever, sounds ugly as fuck.

  • awsome awsome idea.

  • Thanks! Come over for a ride. It's even better driving it!

  • its not a mk111 no more u killed it

  • what did you do for the drive shaft and rear end?

  • The rear end is stock 4.30's. Didn't have to do anything to the rearend. I do however plan on changing to 3.73's I used the steel driveshaft that was originally used with the 7M and found a steel driveshaft from a truck. Took off the u-joint and mounted the flange to the axle. Installed the driveshaft yoke and measured from U-joint to u joint center. Took both the driveshafts, flanges and yokes to the machine shop and they welded me one up for $120.

  • hey what did you do about the guages do they work at all, I just wanna know cause im thinking about doin this but I wanna keep the interior looking stock

  • If you're talking the stock dash gauges, no. There a few dummy lights that still work along with a few others. But the speedometer no and the rpm's no. Because they're both different due to the engine swap and I wasn't fabing something up. The gauges I installed work. They're the ones I go by.

  • dont do this swap. sell the car and buy a camaro if u want a v8. leave the supra as is.

  • @mkIIIsupras Buy a Camaro? Right... Makes me feel slow just looking at them let alone driving them.

  • any shaking/problems? im lookin at an 86 with a 350, and was wondering how they handel with the v8 in em thanx

  • No shaking at all! None. It handles better than the original 7M does as the power has increased and the weight distribution is @50/50.

  • Right, now it can do burnouts easily and sounds like it has some power.

    VT247

  • thats is soo rong and the sound doesnt go with the car.
