@ricktbdgc Dude thats a sick little rally road this guy is on. I have put my STI through alot fuckin worse than this, and nothing is wrong with it. I have a shit load of paint chips and thats about it. Its called maitenance.  People need to realize that the cars themselves are not just expensive.. but so is gas,insurance,upkeep. The past 3 years I have switched from turbo car to turbo car. Im now switching to a honda because im going absolutley broke!!

Oh yea I should mention if you ever think about drifting dirt in your talon.. Its fun as HELL and you'll want to do it a lot but the dirt gets up in the bushings and it will squeek like crazy for the life of the car. That is unless you restore the suspension, not cheap and not easy! Not too mention the brakes either!

@anders0nkai If you only spin 1 tire with a viscous coupler then it's FUBAR. It's the same thing that controls the front to rear in your car. Either your rear diff is ruined or you have an open diff.

Thank you for this video! I bought an Eagle Talon last year and I had always wanted one. I only paid 500 dollars for it so it is not yet in the shape to perform such beautiful driving. A few of my friends who of course have there own opinions on cars have been trying to tell me to give up on such non-sense, but then I found this video. you should check out my newer vids, I'm running studded snow tires in them and they actually grip on dirt, unlike my semi-slicks in this vid, so i am carrying some real speed and not just sliding around. I got mine pretty cherry a couple years ago for under 5, you should be able to find a decent awd for 3-4 now, keep in mind that they only handle good in slippery conditions tho, pavement = terminal understeer.

i made mine hit 195 almost 200 mph, due to a new jdm engine, and alot of greddy upgrades. if anybody is interested in that kind of speed, you shoud get one of these jdm GTE DOHC, theyre not very expensive and its worth it.

ummm.... didnt you read my comment all they way? i said due to other high performance parts. the engine is part of a jdm mitsubishi GSX. yeah theyre the same thing, but jdm made the engine more resistant to heat and the piston rings dont burn out that easily when running at max speed. its pretty much a high performance 4G63.

for the most part, yes, it's stock. K&N FIPK, hard pipes, greddy type-s, plugs and wires, ebc, swaybars, pads and ss brake lines, RE-01R tires, sparco racing bucket off the top of my head. No real power mods, just a couple goodies to make it more enjoyable to drive and able to race : )

That's weak that you have to rip on someone's vid that they filmed and put together for fun in an afternoon. The only place I doubled the speed was the in-car shots, and the only reason I did it was so that it wouldn't take as long to watch so that people would stay interested. I also didn't fast forward through the corners so that you could see the fun stuff in real time. If you don't have anything constructive to say, take your negative attitude elsewhere.
