I agree with the words so much and its rar to find anyone who thinks this way. There is no virginity to loose, unless you believe it and decide to feel that. In which case its still only in the mind. I don't see how "sex", a natural drive could change anything about you that you don't want to, or make you "lose" anything. To me tere would be no difference between "1st time" (whatever even counts as that), and 90th time sex hah. If virginity existed why doesn't masterbation count anyway?

Yeah no, that's entirely ignorant. Being a gender-annihilist a.k.a a feminist generally reflects pseudoscientific ignorance. Gender isn't solely a social construct, in fact it has biological roots which are simply enhanced by social influence. Take a class in neurosexism and you'll be enlightened.

That said, biological gender is influenced by environmental factors (e.g. foods, chemical exposure, types/amounts of physical labor, etc.) that are determined by social processes, there are not only 2 bio genders, and there is wide variance in expressed traits within a given gender category. The argument isn't that gender doesn't exist, it's that it's mostly social.

I went through a few years in my teens where I felt like my identity as a bisexual would never be accepted as long as I was a virgin. I... think that might be *why* I sought out my first sexual partner, and that was NOT a good idea.

So thanks for that little bit in the Santa thing against being pressured to "lose" your virginity. And, of course, the "we're not virgins" thing would also have been applicable to younger-me. I hope some high school kids find your work. ^_^

@RemedialBossfight I was the same way. I knew it was bullshit, but I wanted to be seen as the bisexual that I was so badly that I lied about having been experienced sexually with both binary genders. That caused my first time to be pretty sucky. I now identify as queer, since I'm attracted to a bunch of different genders, and I'm a genderqueer myself.
