Well thank you for this great posting. I remember watching the Tennessee Ernie Ford Show with my parents when I was in 4th grade and singing along with 16 Tons and laughing at his jokes with simply amazing guests and that wonderful deep voice and great closing religious numbers it was the first year that our house had a TV I think it was 1955 and I was nine years old.
