making that layer weaker causes many issues but one can be a 'LIGHT SHOW' in the sky like the aurora borealis. This is much bigger then what you see in this shot on this vid.

What I am talking about is HUGE and is easily seen covering the sky for hundreds of miles.

This rainbow in the clouds happens here in Arizona all the time - they spray with chemtrails weekly. . . but we have little or no quakes. Its from the barium/aluminum mixture they use in chemtrails for HAARP

There are two main reasons for what happens:

what you are seeing is the barium reflecting in the sunlight in the ionosphere placed their by chemtrails. HAARP uses the antenna arrays to beam the pulse of energy around our atmosphere. The barium and various other chemicals are needed to bounce the beam around the planet.

The second possible rainbow colored lights is a secondary feature that can happen because of the use of HAARP and that is it alters our magnetic field making it weaker
