  • and if you dont like drinking water, get yourself a fun water bottle! i know when i got my first cammelback i drank TONS more water than i used to, and when i lost it and totes stopped. they're $12 which may be a bit for just a bottle, but Christmas is just around the corner!

  • Adding a bit of lemon to your water is also good for your skin :)

  • i find the best way to drink water is putting a bit of juice in like you said, but also putting it in a water bottle that is not clear because then your not visably seeing the water,you are sipping on it all day & then it doesn't seem like its a chore to drink water. I am like that, I am not a water drinker & if I see the water its more of a chore to drink it than if I didn't see the water

  • i used to drink soda , but not that much..either way i decided to comletely leave soda and ive been free of any soda for 2 year now(: all i drink is water and tea :)

  • How about Mineral water? i ask because i know it's carbonated and the main reason i enjoy sodas (only diet's though) is because those bubbles make me feel refreshed when its 115 degrees outside

  • I agree, drinking water is so good for you for so many reasons!! I used to hate water and rely on juice and sometimes softdrinks. Now I love water and reach for it everytime which is quite an accomplishment for me :) Also I used to add some ice or use straws to mix it up while I was adjusting to water, if that helps anyone... :) Glad I came across your channel you're really sweet and MOTIVATIONAL :) Thanks!!!

  • great video idea! drinking water is the number one best tip to lose weight. i made that one small change last year when i was trying to get in shape before my wedding, and i've lost about 30 pounds since then. i used to hate water, but now i crave it and don't even enjoy soda!

    i think alotta people dont like water because maybe the brand they get just really doesnt taste good, haha, my stepdad is real picky so we have to get those huge jugs of water and we have one of those things that you see in banks and stuff, haha:] that probably made no sense, but the water tastes reeeally good:D

  • My dog does the same thing! Her names Gracie. ( I didn't pick out the name my sister did, I would of picked out Sophie) but YEAH! I drink ALOT of water & drink some green tea. ------TIP!------ I carry my water in a little drink bottle( it has a little thing on the top you pull drink then snap it shut! My sister calls it a sukel...) Hahaha. And I'm excited about this... I wanna lose some weight!

  • @0cL0ver @0cL0ver I am blessed with thin parents but I am a reasonably healthy eater and exercise when I can. I work hard for my muscle tone for sure!!! Otherwise I'd be "skinny fat" - which isn't the look I'm going for :P

    the majority of the skinny ones don't work out, and that's so mean cause i have to work out all the time to keep my body in shape, and i'm still 5 kilos "overweight" (idk how much it is in your unit (?) ah i'm sorry for my bad english)

    One question: I don't want to lose weight because my BMI is 17 (naturally).. which I know doesn't sound very healthy :/ Is this series going to be about weight loss? Or just getting healthy/toned?! I really want to get toned! Maybe even some abs :P

  • I always try but it's hard because I always go out to eat -- I still live w/ my parents and they don't cook and we're always on the go so it's hard to cook healthy at home :(. I like walking and tried doing some of ur arm exercises and did for 3 weeks but saw absolutely nothing in change...like not even a bit too keep me going..and I'm still in undergrad so my classes take a LOT of my time. HELP :(

  • @AnaNoelle07 There are usually some good options when you are out to eat. Or else share your goals with your parents and encourage them to make some meals that you can freeze and use when you're busy! Try internal run/walk 4 times a week (you should be breaking a sweat!!) and the arm exercises only work if you feel a burn and KEEP going through that burn! You should feel sore the next day :)

    My one major problem with getting my bikini body is my eating habits. I try and eat as healthy as I can but I get really bad at indulging in sweets. I tell myself I shouldn't indulge too much and try and limit myself, but then all I want IS sweets.

    It's a struggle. I need more discipline!

  • Aww I am so going to take part in thiss :) excitingg! Was going to start eating healthy anyways because I have been eating takeaways and just disgustingly few weeks. I think when you eat healthy you feel good because you're not filling your body with junk and it always pays off! But I always find it soo hard to not eat crisps and I usually eat a lot of bread and energy drinks :/ they are my down falls!

  • You already have such a great body!But I understand that it's fun to always have goals (: I love your legs by the way.. which is my problem area.. I have a big bootay and tights.. I have to work extra hard on them.

    I gain 5 pounds these past few weeks because of finals... So, I'm in ;) Green and white tea are the best! I always drink a blend of green, white and black tea with vanilla flavor, it's wonderful! In the hotter days, I drink green tea with some ice... it's really good!

  • @katstar25 Crystal Light is good. I am a nurse, and we usually give it to patients with calorie restrictions if they don't like water. It's a great alternative :)
