Ok, so you travel all over the country visiting different festivals. My question is, how did you find out about all of them? I missed a festival in my hometown because I didnt find out about it until the day it happened. If Im going to travel 300 miles to a neighboring event, anyone would need a little more time. Can you point me to a website that has a calendar of events? Particularly, in Washington and Oregon?
Wate & salt R so essential to life that it is unwise to speak or advise as if we knew enough about it. Every culture has a different experience with the many different salts, & ideas on what each kind is good for. Romans ate copious amounts of salt, yet were healthy vigorous people with robust long life. So be careful what you advise you think you have to give! My advise is to do your own homework, and do A LOT OF IT! Love yourself enough to be your own researcher! Salts deserve more study.
Sodium: -balance acidity gaseous effect, Sodium-helps balance acidity/purify blood Chlorine-frees blood from foreign elements Calcium-growth of bones/teeth/ body Phosphorous-proper working/sharpen brain Iron-absorb oxygen/discharge Co2. Manganese-balance salt proportion in body. Potassium-strength to nerves/ heart/liver Copper-Aids iron contents in body Sulpher-purifies blood/skin. Silicon- strengthen eyes/ears. Magnesium-general health tonic. Fluorin-Strong bones/ control acidity
I've read that Sea Salt, even the pink version, is still salt and needs to be used lightly:o) It's just better to use because of the awesome minerals.
oops forgot to say! i only use seasalt when kelp or dulse will ruin the flavor i am going for! Otherwise i like dulse flakes, kelp granules and triple blend flakes from maine coast =D
This is good info. I can say that for myself! I recently cured myself from high blood pressure. I try to watch how much salt I use, even with Himalayan sea salt and nama shoyu.
you scare me

Salt go's to the kidny salt helps with water retenshen, but to much salt and not the right diet
gives you high blood presure
Lettuce helps some people to flash salt out of the kidny and Bing Cherries
check the book ( Eat 4 your Blood type)
if the food is not on the list add to it.
for me any salt over 5mg to 10mg is ok but over 10mg of salt is to much for a day.

Paul Chek says that adding a little bit of sea salt to your water will help better absorb it in to your cells

I've heard that 1gram of salt a day is enough, so usually that's how much salt I use a day
