i bought the 1.00 primer and the 3.00 and they both work good on me but then i have normal skin.... so i think it depends on how is ur skin...

Yeah, I actually recieved the UDPP in the Book of Shadows II. It works exactly the same! I'll have to check that primer out.. I have been loving ELF lately! Haha, anyways! Your very welcome for the review :D
