I'm getting the iPhone 4 in a couple of days and already got this game purchased from the app store ready (its in special right now for .99 so those of u who dont have it get it now!). I loved Resident Evil 4 on the gamecube and would love to have it on the iPhone. One thing though, I read people complaining that this is just like, half the game. Is it still good though? Will there be an update to the game and be a full game?

So it DOES have a digital analog stick. I thought as much. This is my first time seeing it. Maybe they'll do the same for 3DS games like shooters. This app is good for people who never experience RE 4 on the other systems.

You need to use the shotgun and shoot him in the head a few times, eventually a tentacle will appear out of his back. Shoot that a few times (or better still use a grenade) then repeat until he falls! You can get more money for better weapons by playing through the mercenary missions first.

I'd have to disagree, it is definately worth 8 bucks. It looks great on iPhone, the controls work a treat... and despite the story shortcomings it's fun, challenging and pretty scary.

Not really short, no. But it plays as a kinda "best of" of the Console version, so it misses out much of the story. Levels are smaller too, to fit with it's mobile nature. However, you must complete the level entirely before it saves you position. You can't dip in and out.
