To say people have "consent" over what drugs they take is ridiculous. If you're voluntaray/ involuntary patient, you don't have a choice about them. The speaker is clueless about the reality : "I'm not saying its perfect" - classic response The hospitals DON'T follow law ! The only thing this legislation is good for is when you sue them AFTER you're hospitalised. The person who raised this on your site asked a specific question about ABUSE !
