I have two pet longhorns. Ever tried getting an 800# cow with 4 foot horns out of your 8'x9' living room? Since they live in my yard and not a pasture, I don't get many visitors. believe me when you see a 4' wide 800# cow come running at you at full speed, you don't wait around long LOL. You would be surprised at how fast they run too LOL Even if they get out the gate, they come when I call them.
Cows are my favorite animals (i dont eat meat) i love animals, if you ever get a cow you will realise that they are harmless hairy little balls of fun and they were not put on the planet to be eaten.
@gschjetne the cows go through hell at the meat plants and they know they dont want to die, they try to turn around and they cant--they are tazed to go foward. Some hang upside down alive struggling then the meat causes health problems and makes us a little more aggressive. See my blog theyuha.blogspot.com
beautiful cow, I never eat a cow, is like eating a horse or a dog. They are smart and feel pain and that is sufficient reason for me to never eat meat.
I had a cow before and she followed me everywhere like a dog, ppl don't know how sensity they are.
I agree with you 100% Finally another person that ralizes that cattle are terrific, sensitive and affectionate creatures just like all livestock. Most live abused lives and die horrible deaths.
I would love a pet cow. They are such beautiful creatures.

Yes, but that doesn't mean we don't respect them. I love beef and I drink milk everyday. And so the well-being of cattle is very important to me.
