@darrienemelinda What they mean by it being Jim's baby is that biologically it's Jim Clancy's baby. Melinda got pregnant before Jim died. Not after he came back in Sam's body. So part of why it's such a miracle is because the baby will look like Mel and Jim, not Mel and Sam.

Yes Jim remembers about him and melinda , and Yes only melinda can see him as Jim, but Eli, Delia, and Ned know that is jim
