for me the raw truth is the 80/10/10 diet "by" dr. douglas graham. but its only for the few. Because its very rare that your mind opens for this information. Most people never will open their mind to it. They know already how things are thats their problem. Their knowledge is unableing them to think, they just cant. Forget what you know and you will soon know more than 99,9% of the population ...freedom of knowledge means your capable of learning. the more you know the less you can learn.
