We have a Creative sound card that has its own media player, I can actually speed up media without it changing the pitch. Then I used Audacity to record it.
Synthesized instruments aren't really instruments. They're simply representations, or crude imitations of the real thing. If you disagree with me, can't you just say THAT? What's with the insult? Hurt your pride? I'm a Kenny G fan. I know a soprano sax when I hear one. If I'm incorrect, it might be a manipulation of an instrument. The harpsichord in The Beatles "In My Life," isn't a harpsichord at all. It's a piano sped up, 'cause the producer admitted he couldn't play a harpsichord.
@LatPrince13 it was never supposed to be a harpsichord, it was an electric piano from the beginning. And you might want to check your ears - this was sped up 17% as mentioned in the description, giving it the electronic timbre.
What's great is that you sped it up and the music is barely changed at all! :D

I'm starting to be reminded more and more as to why games progressing is more like bones being effected by too much Cola.
Too bad competition isn't giving Nintendo a lot of leg room these days.

@KH990j You can do that straight in audacity.

@Coleton33Music But it was easier to do it that way in my opinion.

man i love that soprano sax part!

That's a clarinet. A soprano sax has a fuller, richer sound.

It actually is a soprano sax

Go to related videos, and look for "Super Mario Brothers 3 Ending Theme"
It's right over to the right of the screen if you can't figure it out. ------------------------------->
Watch that video, get lost, and shut your mouth.

I still love this song, though today I have heard four different versions of it (not including this one).

Which one do you think is the best.
KH990j 3 years ago
even though this video is somewhat of a rip off I'll give it a 5/5 simply because I dig the original video.
