yes they say that, but the sybil in the system is the false sybil by brian tudor. the original one is by chris kenner. you can find it in his book totally out of control.

And as far as I know, Brian tudor did invent sybil. Chris Kenner just invented a variation on it called 'the 5 faces of sybil'.
