  • hiya how did you get your tank too heat up the first time you set it up, i find it impossible too get mine heated xx

  • Nice video man. Can't beleive you had to wait so long to get your frog from the reptile shop. The shop near me said you don't need a UV lamp (makes them happier but not necesary), but they did make me fork out for a thermostat to regulate the heat matt temperature----looks like you don't have a need for that though....??

  • nice tank though

  • his accent does my head in

  • how would you wash the drift wood i wanna put some in my tank but i dont want to hurt it with some cleaner

  • @guitargod91000

wash it with water, then bake it in the oven to kill any mites/other nasties.

After that, let it cool down, and you should be right.

  • Heat lamps should never be used with tree frogs. They dehydrate them.

  • I like your user nameP.S. The horn woke up my sister....Cool frogs

  • i cant here a word your saying

  • i would put the heat mat on the side of the tank if i were you

  • you got all this nice stuff how r u gonna clean the cage and put it all back in

    ????

  • is that a cannabis plant?

  • are u growing pot in there? i see some marijuana leaves lol.

jk i have the same "realistic" plant

  • is this a good tank for 2 gray tree frogs?

  • ooo ok hmmmm i wanna probley get 2-3 gray tree frogs i have the most info about them so it might be easy for me if i just get them

  • hmmm im hearing that 1 dumpy needs to be in a 20 gallon tank and 2 30 and so on. .... shit i might have to get something else if thats true please help me

  • hey im trying to find out how much all this costs+2 little frogs can somebody tell me. thx =D

  • @IStoleYourCookie1 well it depends on what frogs ur getting cause I have 1 green tree frog in a 5 gallon terrarium

  • @IStoleYourCookie1 For my whole set up plus frogs about 300. but i put alot into mine.

  • you didnt say pocketbattleship... you said pocketbattleSHIT....LOL

  • yo were u from england?

  • a heat bulb is too strong for any frogs. it is better to use the exo terra repi glow 2.0 % bulb.

  • good vid however you have made a few mistakes on the care info. i am an amphibian carer and i just want to correct a few things:

you also did not mention that you need to dust the crickets with calcium supliment or treat the water with a calcium supliment.

the heat mat must be put onto a thin surface not a backdrop as the heat may not come threw somew thicker ones.

the temp should not exceed 28-30 deegrees c as too hot can kill a frog and humidity should be between 80%+

  • Do green tree frogs need UV lighting?????

  • remeber. whites tree frog are nocturnal so they dont need a UVA or UVB lights

  • Great video. I'm thinking about getting a white's tree frog and this helps out with my decision. Thanks. :)

  • £90!!!!!!!!!!!!! i paid £35 4 mine 4 my praying mantis

  • where from did u get ur tank ??

    thanks

  • a local pet shop

  • wal-mart would have a terrarium? thats the only local petshop

  • u bastard. he knows wot he is on about. so hu gives a fuk wot he sounds like. great vid mate

  • Lol racist much?

  • seriously you should hear the birmingham accent if you think thats bad!! anyway its quite a normal UK accent!! Thanks for the vid mate!

  • Lmao. No its not.

  • the tank only comess in 30, 45,60 and 90's

  • Bottom substrate is terra bark

  • what substrate is that

  • LOL

  • Comment removed

  • what heat do you have to give them

  • do tree frogs just drink from a bowl

  • they absorb water through their skin buddy

  • and they can drink as well.

  • I hate brittish pepps

  • I think he's Irish. lol

  • hey my dumpy tree frog has been brown for 3 months and i never see him green any reasons wat am i doing wrong

  • no man that is there other color they range from brown to green actualy my brown one lived about ten years

  • He's cold. Warm him up :)

  • Mine are a dull, brown-gray-green color during the day.

When they come out their Exo Terra cave towards midnight, they're this color.

When they get active, they go the cool green everyone likes.

  • Are you using a heat- mat?

  • nice

  • you got a got a good deal on the tank its normaly 115 quid

  • will this work with red eye tree frogs

  • I've had my tree frog for 13 years and he only has a heat mat - I agree that the bowl should be bigger - i have a sponge in mine which he likes to hide under. I've also tried many diff subtrates but have now settled on bark chips which hes had for the last four years

  • YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF MATE..........i agree ........ frogs arnt stupid........they will not just eat wood chips lol........well done.........im also an amphibian keeper and i have mainly caudata

  • which is better a whites tree frog or pacman frog

  • good tank but you do need moss or eco eart soil ect not bark

goos choice with exo terra its the best we can get in the uk with out going acroos the world

  • This is a nice attempt, but you putting out so much misinformation is really only a disservice to people who might be interested in keeping White's tree frogs.

Just because you chose/ got conned into buying whatever brand of products- that doesn't make it the best.

Fact and opinion are two different things.

  • i agree to this guy because if your ever getting a pet you have to do the right research on it. and you MUST buy the right things for it.

  • you need a bigger water dish and you need to get eco earth because it is true that repti chips can kill your frog. Also a bigger tank.

  • lol those leaves look like marijuana lol

  • i got my 2 foot long 2 foot tall and 1 foot wide tank for $60

  • you have alot of boogers in your noise.

  • your voice makes me mad.

  • 90£!!! dude u deffo got ripped off i gt the same terrarium 4 £39.99

  • how big should a juvenile white's tree frog tank be?

  • you scottish?

  • no shit, have u seen ANY of my latest vids

  • whites tree frogs need much more room than that

that tank is enough for one whites not two get a bigger tank

  • hey u know the way u need a bigger water bowl just put a bowl or dog food bowl in there cheaper thn the repti rock ones

  • hey nice vid imma have an exo tera 60x45x45 viv free soon think tht it would be high enought for them? can u handle them and stuff? i need to read up on them a bit more.!

do u just leave crickets in for it? nice vid xD!

  • my whites tree frogs died this week after 3 years with us. our a.c. broke and when we came home they had died. i cried so hard.thanks for your video. its good to see someone trying to educate people on how to care for these lovely creatures.

  • Is this kermit commenting?

  • buy a bigger tak like my new tank!

  • Wow my poor whites tree frog, Pedro has a crappy tank compared to this. his is short so there is not much space to climb. Mine stays under the dirt a lot especially if there is any light on. am i doing something wrong? why do you suppose he does that? also when he comes out at night, he spend the whole time in his swimming pool.

  • Wow now I know How lame my poor tree frogs tank is, his name is pedro. I have him in a shorter tank so there is not much room for him to climb. Also Pedro (My whites tree frog)stays under the dirt almost all of the time, especially if there is any light on, he only comes out at night and he spends the whole night in his swimming pool, What am I doing wrong and why do you suppose he does that?

  • 35 by 35 cm deep and wide. 42 cm heigh. this size terrarium is suitable for 2 juvenile whites tree frogs but as they get older they should have a biger tank like the one i now have

  • what size is the terrarium?

  • pock all reptile shops will rip you off / best thing to do when u wnat more stuff is get your mum or dad to go in with you and they wont try anything , that tank online is only £60 pluss £13 deliverie charge / great set up and seen ur frogs in the other vid STUPID FROGS lol was gd video keep it up man i wanna see a feeding vid next :)

  • It is cork bark so no need too, easy mistake though

  • make sure u take that plastic polystyrene thing out the back of the tank as the crickets eat it and they can kill the frogs!

  • yes you do

  • i have a white's tree frog...his name is magoogles......do i have to put vitamin pouder on the crikets even if i already feed the crikets vitamins?

  • No its a thermometer. Easy mistaken lol

  • Is the circle on the right side of your tank an air vent?
