Free, everyone who plays Balrog is going to use the jab to headbutt combo. It's 1 of his strong points. Just like every bison who catches the 2 medium punches in the air is going to do the ultra. Or like every rufus who gets off the target combo is going to ultra. It's 1 of those thing that, no matter who plays the character, they are going to do it because it's strong and it works/links.

Why wouldnt you use a characters good tools? like why wouldnt you use Kens Fierece Shoryuken? Why wouldnt you use Balrogs bread n butter Headbutt combos? Its stupid and part of the reason I cant stand the street fighter community in general. Always need to find a way to bring other players down. Great game but some of the community is bullshit.

Its like ripping on Viper players for abusing cancels and the burn kick which are a big part of her game. But since you dont see as many Vipers online these tactics arent seen as "typical" or "scrubby" do you see what im saying?

You can't really have a non typical Balrog, tbh. He can only be played in one way. Jabs to sweep/standing FK, or headbutt for knockdown. OR, ex upper for a one round loop, headbutt. All headbutts off ultra.

There is nothing else he can do.
