example

you run over a kid who runs in the road. he made the concious decision to do so thinking he can beat the traffic. you kill him. by your lodgic you have to reason to feel bad what so ever.

No, it might have effect on the driver. What I'm saying is that it "shouldn't" have any effect of the driver. I don't think the driver should care. But that's what I think, he can care all he wants but it will haunt him forever if he dreads on it all the time. It was the morons fault not his, get over it. That's my opinion.
