Yeah, no he's no on the best comedians aroundt. I'm sure it will be funny if you were in the audience. For example the tension he created with his pull out of the bit joke would works live cause the audience gets uncomforable when he is pointing out that he isn't getting laughs - but for tv, youtube it doesn't transalate well cause I don't give us shit that he isn't getting laughs, cause im not in the audience
@Pamsarker yeah this. i found it hilarious but i can see why others wouldn't. watching this vid reminded me of the good times i've had talking utter shite with some of my friends.
@wordtouremother I think that's unfair - think of all the people who do 'observational comedy'. Actually Stewart Lee's off the wall detours are a bit hit and miss for me.
@mschneiderg In general guys style seems v original, but it was the 'I've improvised myself into a corner' then talking about the audiences reactions to it and the best time to stop which is a blatant rip - Esp. the compartmentalising of the reactions, it's exactly the same as the how SL ends his imaginary discussion with an estate agent in 41st Best/Comedy Vehicle.. Nerd out! =)
