  • Zoroastrian are kurds we have so many in sanandaj kurdistan of iran

  • It is a Zoroastrian custom to wear 'CHARGHAD'!

has always been, and is still the custom today!

All you need to do is go to their temples, weddings, and even look at the old paintings.

That is where Iranian-Islamic custom comes from!

  • 1:06 = Zarathustra start to roll in the tomb...

  • Hello! i was wondering why were many women in the videos i saw covering up their hair (they were zoroastrians) ? I am doing a research about Zoroastrianism and I couldn't find the answer for that anywhere on the internet. Can anyone help me ?

  • @Leena1950 : zartushti women never had to cover the hair. if u want to know about zartusht read ther book: "in search of zaratustra"

It is also a historical fact that there was no heaven nor hell in Judaism ...

they borrowed the concept from Zoroastrians (Gathas گاتاها)!

  • @TomSolivin I grow up in Yazd the city that has many zartoshti and the fire temple, never saw any of the women wear charghad nor rosary. so don't tell me what has been going on in my home town. I know that Zardosht gave humanity the concept of heaven and hell, i never said other wise!!!

I guess you have been away too long, and yes, you are NOT a zartoshti!

and do not know much about our religion!

  • This song reminds me a lot of Fairyland's Fall of an Empire album

  • Long live the culture of Ancient Iran.

    We will rise again.

  • I want to visit a time there....

  • I was listening to this song as i wandered the ruins of perspolis paying homage to Zoroastar.

  • We Armenians call our main pre-Chrestian deity Aramazd!

  • Nice stuff...

  • do u parsees like us hindus??

  • Zarathustra was said to have been a Hindu Brahman who discovered monotheism through revelation.

The Hindu's welcomed the Zoroastrians back into India. I dont think your two religions are enemies.

Zoroastrians dont really have enemies except for evil.

  • Message to all: hey guys please go and find your own GOD instead of saying non sens like MAZDA is Hammourabi, or Ahura is kurdish, you have the wonderfull instrument of information witch is the internet, search for what you desire, it is normal that the anciant GOD & religion of kurdish people was the "Mazdéisme", it's normal because the kurds has always lived in the same territory & all this land has always a part of IRAN, i say IRAN & not persia because IIRAN mean the land of aryans

  • that mazda is probably not a persian, he may be the one of the babylonian king call "Hammorabi"

  • Man MAZDA is in fact AHURA MAZDA, it is the name of the Persians GOD, given to us by the first proophet of humanity: Zarathoustra, and AHURA MAZDA has nothing to have with any Babyloniann or Assyrian king, I idmit that they loook each other but thats all!!!

  • ok so what does norse mythology got to do with persian ?

  • AhuraMazda is old Persian meaning "Wise Creator"!

    AhuraMazda watches over IRANZAMIN!

    Message of Asho Zartusht Forever!

  • Zoroaster was Persian as are the Kurds are blood brothers. And Ahura mazda the word has its name in Asssyrian origin

  • zoroaster was mede ,he went to the area today called balkh ,turkminstan !

aura mazda is two words ! aura=fire an old arian name

mazda is also sanscrit and means =god

    update your knowldege body

  • Jibo van dimemnan zor spas

  • nice video

  • Music verbindet Welten ........

  • I don't see how the images are supposed to go along with the lyrics but nice anyways... ^^

  • The video is showing pictures of the Faravahar which is the symbol of Zorastrianism and of Persepolis the city which was part of the Persian Empire and built during the the Achaemenid dynasty. Why not just look up who Zarathustra was instead of wondering ?

  • Well the song Wanderer, which is in this clip, is a song about a viking wanderer and his journey. It's a story of how he defeated countless men and slept with countless women, how he traveled the land and how he felt while traveling. It's a song about adventure, journey, bravery and a WANDERER. I don't see any association whatsoever with some Iranian prophet nor his religion, and neither with the desert barren lands nor culture of the place... Still wondering why I didn't look up Zarathustra? ^^

  • Who knows what kind of associations Jaziraa had when he made his video ? Maybe the vigorous instrumentalisation and the anthem-like melody evoce in him/her a certain feeling of splendour and greatness one might ascribe to a prophet as well. As far as I know legend has it Zoroaster had to escape from his hometown and "wander" about until he found support in Vishtaspa... anyway I guess I judged your comment to early, sorry for that.

  • Hi BonnyFatius80 !

I'm not very good english.. sorry.. im a Kurd.. Zarathustra is Kurd !!

he would seek refuge in caves, because people did not see it ''Zarathustra''... but it was a man ''Zarathustra''.. The Prophet was not , a man like you and me was that... How many people were at the same time Zarathustra... but everybody said it crazy !! he was a man, and people were invited to light !! im sorry..

I hope you know me :)

  • @Jaziraa : Zaratosh was from central asia and had nothing to do with turks, kurds or persian.

back then kurds and azaris were 2 tribes of medes.
