Cleopatra was not black. She was Greek. If anything she may have had African/Egyptian blood in her from the marrying into the culture of the Ptolemy family, but Greek none the less. It is true that she was the last ruler to speak the native tongue and felt a connection to Egypt as if it was her native land, but her ancestors, Alexander and Ptolemy I, came as conquerors to Egypt. That's historical fact.
