Generally speaking I'd call it jazz, more precisely I suppose it might be considered smokey jazz. Word to the experts on the keys, though, I wouldn't be able to tell.

@PrawdaUnia they did slam(a type of spoken word) and jazz they also incorporated some hip hop on "life is a traffic jam" the bass line is provided by a up right bass. Not sure what keys are being played it looks like a keys are being blayed sorry :(
