  • 50 Cent - Stunt 101 (Cookin Soul Remix)

  • Always loved this selection. I love the violins and the guitar licks. Can't help but smile when I hear this song.

  • Man I've been looking for this song for years. I used to sing this song all the time. Eventhough i was six yrs old,but that's what happen when your parents played good music. What a positive song. Back then I was too young to understand. I just remember the hook towards end after all these years coudln't get it out of my head.

  • In the day when you played the whole LP, to find a "Cut" like this---Specialk

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!!! IT WAS MY FAVORITE ON THE "WE ARE FAMILY" ALBUM. IT HELPED ME A LOT WITH ALL I WENT THROUGH GROWING UP. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS.

  • This was one of my two favorite songs from this album.

  • This song means the world to me. 1979, in a very tight jam, three strangers helped me out, this song came on the radio in the hour of my rescue and I felt so grateful. the message of this song had just happened to me: it;s easier to love. those three strangers could have gone on their merry way, but instead they chose to help. That was 31 years ago and I've never forgotten. Thank you guys wherever you are, and thank YOU for posting this.,

  • @Muziclvr07 deep man.......deep .

  • i bought this record and this is my favorite track! i love my vinyls

  • I have the "We Are Family" and "Greatest Hits" CDs. I always loved this track.

    BTW its "Easier", not "Easrier."

  • Yes that is Joni Sledge singing lead

  • Is this Joni Sledge singing lead?

  • so much like 'thinking of you' but a classic nonetheless.

  • Sorry TCQkyle, someone sampled this in the mid ninties. A dancehall tune called "Money First" i think.

  • @kooltaan Apparently Paul Nice also sampled this song for Masta Ace's "Don't Understand" Check it out.

  • real music

  • Please tell me no one has sampled from this song. I want to be the first!

  • lol Not if I beat you to it! I have been planning to sample it for 15 years. Just been busy...

  • Cormega - Coco Butter and Az - Seems that way....they used it

  • rasssholeeeeeeeeeeee....excuse my bajan but this is what music should always be like. hotttt

  • Love this song and such an awesome universal message. People try to say that Sister Sledge was a disco group because they had hits during the disco era but this song proves that they were more than that

  • so many nice cuts from this album

  • EASIER to love, no r!

  • Just lovely! Wow, it has been 30 years and I haven't heard this in at least that long! I really miss strings in a lot of the music and the beauty of real instruments! I had no idea that music would have come to what it is now! Not all is bad, but quite a bit is! There is no passion, just words and music! Great post!

  • Smooth and so elegance the mix between the voices and music...SAY IT,,,,SAY IT.....SAY ITTTTTTTTTT!!,,.....Umph,...beautifully arranged and sung,....Ahhh Nice,...A splendid musical piece.

  • destiny child please , and the rest need to rest with the mess..ANTHONY DEVINE

  • Composed written played and produced in 1979 by the legendary CHIC Organization of Nile Rodgers & Bernard Edwards.

    Of course a music jewel.

  • Ditto......double Ditto.....

  • Perfection!

  • man i want this beat

  • I was looking for this song for ages but couldn't remember the name. Sweet!!

  • wow, love this song and haven't heard it in years...Joni sounds great...sucha universal message

  • FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I would love it if MJB, Alicia Keys, and Jill Scott collaborated as a trio and did a remake of this cut with 9th Wonder or Pete Rock producing? I think this chemistry would work and their backgrounds, talents and transparency(via life experieinces) would give it much weight.

  • how do you remake a masterpiece??...what could you possibly add, whats missing???...nothing.

  • Ha ha...well said d1thundergod. This is African-American culture at it's very, very very best. Artist today and from the lats 13 or 14 yrs or so do have that deep African soul power and vibe that those ol'school artist had or have.Ol'school artist didn't let white corporate america dilute our blackness in our music like these new artist do. The soul power was so strong in ol'school soul that every time you hear them you want to move even if you didn't feel like moving, and it would even hypnotize.
