peyote is for every body!!! i have respect for native, but i don t think this white people disrespec indian culture, but i not agreed with the church, thet is a disrespect ...
hey douchebag, the man who started this is 50%indigenous-Apache I think. He was part of the NAC and decided that ALL people, should be allowed access to smething that can give them a link to a higher spiritual experience. So, in all, try not to suck so much, go to college, grow a brain. If you have any questions or comments, please respond, and I'll gladly introduce you to my fist.
Dear "Sarcasm" MacMartin, What I wrote has nothing to do with your entry. I don't claim to know any more than any one else except the guy who wrote "what the hell is this whiteboy bullshit". Pretty certain I know more than him. My entry had nothing to do with yours. It was a response to his.
CarlosMacMartin, I have no reason to disrespect you. Lets clear the air. There is a guy here "fire4hire2001" who made a rascist comment. My original response was to him. If you look at the timing of the comments, it should make sense. I'm not talking about Quanah Parker either. I was talking about the guy who was part of the founding of peyote way. Thanks for the info about "blue deer". I'll look it up. As you are not the racist dick "fire4hire2001" my comments weren't directed at you. peace.
this video makes me sick, come where im from where natives are still natives, not none of this 1/8 cherokee bullshit. white people who try to do these ways are very disrespectful.peyote ways were not meant for the white thats the way i was taught.
It sucks that you are angry. These people in the video don't seem disrespectful. They seem happy. It appears that they make pottery, live in the place shown, and that seems to be about it. I don't see the disrespect oozing through the screen when I watch this.
accept them, they want to help spread your religion. in case you haven't noticed the native was are fading, they need all the help they can get. especially if they care about keeping the native ways alive.
Native ways continue but through native people. Why do you assume that we want OTHERS to ¨spread¨ our ways? We are not on a mission to convert, and life, as many of our own envision it regarding native traditions takes place as OUR OWN continue our practives. I am sorry but you are misinformed regarding this issue.
White people should be grateful that the Natives share this with them, and the Natives should be grateful that there are white people who respect their ways. Get over yourselves, people. Jeez! The whites aren't joining so that they can steal it away! Goddamn, what a stick you guys have up your asses.
Your ways were ripped off from the indigenous Mexican tribes that were practicing sacred rites with the medicine thousands of years before your ancestors ever knew what it was. I don't see those folk making an issue of it!
what nation you from? the further west from the atlantic, the les you people have intermarried! I look white mostly! my ONEIDA GRANDFATHERS taught us to think of NEXT SEVEN generations. even if your "FULL-BLOOD", what happens when your child or grandchild marry's a white! Are you going to HATE ON you childrens children , and your grandchildrens children. do you say your part native descendants CANNOT practice your traditional ways? west tribes were invaded by whites150 years later, wait 150
both comments for fire4hire2001, i hope natives treat your part-native great grandchildren with more respect than you have shown, and your the one who talks of "dis-respect". PRAYERS OF PEACE LOVE & HEALING to YOU from a NATIVE-WHITE, You can follow the Great White Roots of the TREE OF PEACE to the Haudenosaunee, and we will except all who come in PEACE, from every "nation" in the earth! (yes "hippies" did NOT invent the peace movement, check out the GREAT LAW OF PEACE of the SIX NATIONS.)
Thanks to Julie for helping me out on this one. The song is called "Horizon" by Steve Winwood and can be found on his two CD Album, "About Time" Thanks Steve.
Hi Dave: So are you related to the Williams? or to Oren and Ada Dodge? I think you mean Immanuel Trujillo and he is-- I think he may be in the video-the old man with the oxygen tanks. No it hasn't changed at all--except for the addition of a greenhouse to the East Room, and an additional room where there was once a porch. Annie
Beautifull song, vídeo and pictures. I live in Brasil, here we drink ayahuasca. There´re many organizations, Santo Daime, U.D.V., Barquinha, and others, such as annonimous. Brothers, is good to know that we are all brother of the light. Peace !

Could it be that the Creator and the Spirits of the Medicine are color-blind? Could it be that the only race is the human race?

I think you're talking about Quanah Parker who
was a Comanche. He was an important figure in
the developement of the NAC.The religion has
deeper roots that actually come from Mexico,
from the Huichol who discovered the sacrement.
I suppose you never heard the story about the
"Blue Deer",maybe you have since you already
know so much.
