This clip comes from a German TV programme called Disco, where they played back a video of Fame and Price appearing on TOTP. For a few seconds they come away from the clip and back to the German studio. Unfortunately this clip has probably been wiped from the BBC archives, so it is thanks to German tv that this clip exists at all. The BBC and ITV were unbelievably lax in maintaining their archive in the 60s/70s
