  • You don't need a DR on scene to tell you what to do. That's the last thing I would want on scene. And as an EMT, especially in Vegas you should know better.

  • I'm an EMT in Vegas. I'm half-English (the good half), and I have to say that the Europeans are leaps and bounds above us yanks when it comes to scene care at Motor Vehicle Accidents. It must be nice to have an MD next to you on scene. I'm hoping to go to nursing school and end up on the air ambulance years down the road.
