I love this cd to this day. So timeless and beautiful! Thank you for posting this and thank you Ms. Cole for taking your father's songs and re-recording them for us. This will always be my foundation of love songs.
@Lifeoflove360 Oh ur very welcome indeed. Although I don't favor as many songs of this CD that you, I will give sista Natalie her credits where they're due for her extraordinary work on some of my favorite classics like this song here and Lush Life. Absolutely Beautiful!
This song makes me feel so melancholy, listening to it is an emotional experience. I am reminded of my childhood when everything was possible, and the future was as bright as a warm Summer Sunday. Time, you are a thief.
My name is Telmo, I love this Brazilian singer and her too with her gorgeous voice and beautiful on the nature of his grace to sing your beautiful songs, thank you and Natalie Cole 1000 .!!!!!!
@vinistel1 oh wow Telmo, I had no idea that Natalie was brazilian at all. I think she gets her unique features from her mom who's still with us btw. YAY Maria!! But love love love... this song indeed. Thanx for ur lovely appraisal!
@vinistel1 I'm not sure if you're fluent in english at all, but "I" am not ashamed to say outloud I have no idea what you've said to me since I don't know any foreign languages at all, lol.
hi OODaizyOO Thanks for the love.. your special touch. Natalie, yeah man,, Natalie. so beautiful you allmost forget her vocal gift. and Nat,, he was the first Jazz musician i heard [5-6 yrs old] man i just went belly up. moms and pops allways had the radio cranking,,swing and bop, so it was easy to assume my genitic position. moms played mean rag and stride style piano&organ and pops was allways whistling and tapping on something.anyway thats my short story,z
Bought this album instantly the moment it came out..........almost sacrilege to say this, but I like it even more than her Dad's beautiful rendition.........OK - it is sacrilege (but just an opinion).
Love, love, love this song. OMG, it brings back such great memories of meeting my biggest love on a Sunday and in the Summer and everything around me was saying, "Go On and Kiss Him", and I did! It's ironic, he is married to someone else now.
Love, love, love this song! OMG, what memories this brings when I met the biggest love of my love on a Sunday and in the summer -- everything in the air said, "Go On and Kiss Him", and I did! It's ironic, he is married with someone else now.

@zenbooter LoL, well actually, I'm only familiar with Johnny Hartman(and if not mistaken.., I believe he's an Afro American musician) and Etta James. I've heard Johnny Hartman a few times on one of the Comcast Music Channels and he's pretty good. Although I've not heard allot of Etta James, I do know of her indeed.
Do you know of Milt Jackson or Melba Liston(not sure if I spelled her name correctly, lol)? I heard an arrangement of hers 13yrs ago. She is fab~u~lous!
What a Song-what a voice! Fantastic!

@00Daizy00 @vinistel1 Natalie Cole is not brazilian - she may sing Bossa Nova, but she is in fact born in the United States.
