I appreciate the channel and the kind loving perspective/goal, but I contest that silence and a true internal journey will not lead to god, or any other external force... It will lead you to understanding your true being, what makes you tick and why, your fears, your desires, your flaws and your strengths. It will make them real and significant and change your life forever in ways only you can do but cannot currently imagine.

yes ,to remove all background noise, easier said than done but absolutely worth trying, few tips ; in the nature, barefoot, alone...or trying to do the stairs other way around or backword might help(i read this somewhere, not that effective for me)

Yes. Without separation. Space-time is an illusion. The reality is this non-dual big mind (synonymous with buddha nature, synonymous with creator) - the I-amness of all beings is not the ego, but consciousness itself. Pure, formless, form-creating consciousness. "God" or God or god or spirit or the great spirit or atman that is brahman is expressed in three persons - firs-person (I-amness), second person (deity form, coversional contemplation and resolution), and third-personal (sciennce, etc).
