Ariza was great in the Finals I agree, but that's it. He was average during the reg season, and alright in the first 3 rounds. Gooden didn't even play as well as Bynum, Gasol, or even the Lakers bench PF, Odom.
Big-Z, had 2 good seasons, where he still didn't play as good as Gasol on any occasions. He also fails at everything on the defensive side, being one of the tallest players in the league and lucky to get double digits in rebounds.
Wallace was a failure before he even came to the Cavs. Did you even see how he played on the team, or even on the Bulls? He was traded from Detroit while he was past his prime.

How did the Lakers barley win the championship, they beat Orlando 4 games to one do the math, tha'ts almost a sweep. They beat the other best teams (Celtics) in the regular season 2-0 with no injuries. Now the Lakes have Ron Artest. By the way the power rankings for the 2009-2010 season has come out and guess what the Lakers are ranked #1 Boston #5 and this is all based on the rosters. The starting point....Gasol goal tending that last second buzzer layup. The rules strictly say that you can not touch the rim at all when there is a shot up, and the refs even LOOKED at the reply and clearly saw Gasol grab the rim on the last second buzzer that would have won them the game.

LMAO!Oh come on, Kobe is all about stats. Don't even try to say he could get triple doubles if he wanted them. He can't rebound for shit, and he's known to be the most selfish in the game. He has never averaged more than 7 assists a game, even when he had the best support in the league, which means it would be EASIER to get assists.
And he's also famous for taking shots in peoples faces while having 2-3 people wide open, and missing badly..if not blocked. He's a joke when it comes to team play.

He's not top 5 in assists, not the top SG in rebounds, and 3 point guards that do get more rebounds than him. Lebron is the leading SF in assists by far, and second in SF in rebounds.
Try again. SG's average more assists than SF's, and Lebron still averages way more. And Lebron averages more rebounds than the average SF than Kobe does the average SG.

Incidentally, two games went to overtime. Further incidentally, the Magic's All-Star point guard, Jameer (who is *far* better than Rafer) was injured. The Lakers have Ron Artest, but the other top contenders have gone out of their ways to achieve stars and glue guys, while the Lakers have settled for getting Artest and having Bynum healthy again.

Ariza was great in the Finals I agree, but that's it. He was average during the reg season, and alright in the first 3 rounds. Artest basically took the Houston Rockets to sudden death in the second round by himself which was the only team to do that. Artest is once again a proven player. His energy is going to help the Lakers big time. The Lakers are going to roll over teams WATCH! This team reminds me of the 96 bulls but BETTER! I hope this is Morrison's break out year!!!!
