Well, I give her credit, she doesn't look like most of the girl/man roid female bodybuilders you see. However, her technique does not isolate her biceps, but rather her back muscles, triceps and deltoids are doing the brunt of the work. That's fine, if that's what you want to accomplish, but this is not an arm curl with 70 lbs! I noticed this and I have never even been involved in fitness.

A bodybuilder consumes many many calories to build muscle and goes into an "off season" so they can eat what they want and keep making the muscle grow. A figure competitor most likely stays in shape year round so they can do photo shoots, appear in magazines and do print work, fiom work, etc,she is performing a stong man feat her legs and delts are doing most of the work,
