Whee.. ever since 3.5 came I been feeling like D&D turned into a big waste of money. Constantly improving indeed.. and tossing all the previous stuff to the junk pile, burn the books and buy new ones yayyyy!

It's very sad.....Wow started to take from D&D and now when wow is so big and WotC are loosing players they decide to go after wow and change the system just to gain more players....its sad :(

For two, yeah I noticed that, I was plesently surprised when he didn't immediatly say after hearing about "Strikers" DPS, but he couldn't stop ihmself from saying damage per second(there are seconds in dnd? who knew?) a bit later :D

Its not that. For every complaint that you see posted on a forum there is at least 3 emails sent to a dev praising them for their work.

I play WOW and it's no D&D. I have played D&D for 30+ years and I have never played a computer game that can give you the instant actions that a face to face RPG can give you.

You can never create a video game that is as free form as an actual table top RPG.

I think what they're forgetting is that the DM should be able to make alternatives to gameplay depending on the group.

Why do you NEED a cleric? Why do you NEED a tank? There are other ways to play this game!

I agree... "Barbarian", among other definitions, can be described as someone who comes from a illiterate culture... How can someone be a civilized fighter and suddenly say "oh, I'm going to be a barbarian now..."???

They should at least change the name to something like "berserker"....
