I don't understand why you would upload a video like this. It shows a woman probably killing & at best maltreating a dog while a cameraman or woman stands idly by doing nothing. Then this person uploads the video onto Youtube presumably to gain views from it, since I can't see that it is being presented as an anti-cruelty to animal video. And yes, I'm the first one to vote it down.

You never said who carried the dog away or anything that would lead people to believe she didn't do this deliberately to eat the poor dog, you just left it all up in the air, left people wondering what happened, saying the dog was still alive. My comment providing information on Philippines animal abuse law and the contacts for the Philippine National Police and Interpol was not "vile or racist." but you deleted it...why? Is horrifying and depressing people with this all you had in mind by showing this? We want to know who carried the dog away and what happened, and why you're showing this if you did nothing.

Not everybody in the far east eats cats or dogs. For all we know the dog was taken care of and was walking around fine an hour later.

Yeah, it was a KO. You can see the woman put water om the dog. Then it moves a bit. The dog was carried away afterwards but I already stopt filming te review the incident. When the dog was carried away I could see it was still alive.
