Name of" is curved down 2-3 pixels (I blew it up to get down to the pixels) BUT the typewriter line "Kapiolani" is not curved and the baseline of the typewriter is perfect throughout the rest of the form.
I have the proof that this certificate has been photoshoped. I have extensive experience in typesetting and scanners for over 17 years The background green security paper does not bother me. Something that has not happend jet, they all just took his word for it and waved a copy of a forgery saying it was proof. (part 2 of the comment) The form for some reason is curved down like it was originally scanned from a bound book. The printed line that says "6c. Name of Hospital or Institution ..." the part "6c. Name of" is curved down 2-3 pixels (I blew it up to get down to the pixels) BUT the typewriter line "Kapiolani" is not curved and the baseline of the typewriter is perfect throughout the rest of the form.

I have the proof that this certificate has been photoshoped. I have extensive experience in typesetting and scanners for over 17 years The background green security paper does not bother me. The records clerk probably printed the grayscale tiff image on this security paper. The line that gives it away as fraud is line 6c. (Part 1 of the comment)

This document has been altered; it is not simply a photograph of the registrar's book that was dropped into a background, and it also is not simply an agglomeration of two images (the background they constructed, the "certification" and then the actual certificate.)

You are certain it is fake before you have any form of proof, and when proof is present you are certain it is a forgery before you have any conclusive evidence.
