i love my hard police seats i had so many times sitting on them

They are hard so criminals can't stash drugs in

the back seat, to avoid a drug charge or other

charge.

Plus it is better to have the hard seats for those

with handcuffs.

Their are drunk or drugged up criminals who

pee or and ship in the seats so much easyer

to clean.

The biggest reason for the hard seats is most likely for the fact that you don't have to change them because in about 5 years or so they're going to be all ripped up and the county is not going to want to spend good money on that.
