Well, if you would've watched the WHOLE video you would've realized it was a mockery of all of those dumb things rolled into one. The wrist cutting, followed up by DVD that says "Worlds funniest Suicide Attempts". Also, the gay "I'm sorry, Let's makeup" ends with a punch to the face. Yeah, it's a mockery film.
