  • cheating is fine just make sure the first contraction comes from the bicep. I see you swinging the weight back. Thin swing it violently forward. Then a quick explosive shrug. Then a little bit of a hammer curl. Or at least try to get a controlled negative. Good explosive power though.

  • Richie, come on man. That's a little over the top. I see the anterior delts and momentum doing a lot of the work. When is the biceps gonna do any of it? I'd say try 70s with stricter form. It ain't that much lighter, and it will allow you to focus more on hitting teh all important bicepts. :D (really though you should try it) =)

    Are you a manlet? IF you are, you have no room to talk, if you're a manmore, then I'll listen much more keenly. Look it up T-nation about leverages. I'm 6'4 with long ass arms, it's good to do a small cheat at the beginning of each rep, it's good in the long run.

    Let's see you post a vid curling 80s for 9-10 reps each arm with perfect form.
