cheating is fine just make sure the first contraction comes from the bicep. I see you swinging the weight back. Thin swing it violently forward. Then a quick explosive shrug. Then a little bit of a hammer curl. Or at least try to get a controlled negative. Good explosive power though.
it looks more like it's curling you :) but seriously take the weight down about 20 pounds and do them in a controlled motion you are NOT fighting you're trying to create the most amount of resistance for your muscles

It ain't that much lighter, and it will allow you to focus more on hitting teh all important bicepts. :D (really though you should try it) =)
