I had to check in again....last night my cousin visiting from Arizona was caught in traffic for 3 1/2 hours coming home from the beach....(hey, it's Memorial Day weekend!). He was ready to blow a gasket and I told him about your suggestion to beat a kitchen rug. He got a pick axe instead and broke up the dirt in the back yard, it was so funny [and scary] to watch. He was better after that! Whew!
How great to see you Alyssa. I'm glad to know about your mom, that's so cool. OH, and that Andie, she just cracks me up, you have no idea. I can't watch her but with a total smile on my face, which breaks into a giggle. Brilliant.
Isn't every mom a lifecoach! True. Too bad not every mom is GOOD life coach! My team always lost- and I blame the coach!! I'd like to see that movie- but I think it would have been a big hit if they had made it PG-13- lose the Jr. Highers and lose the world!!!
I notice on facebook some really pretty girl's like yourself. Seem to have a plethora of pictures of themselves. Do you no why this is. Oh and i.m not complaining. Curious and possibly nosey. and with the honker I've got I cant afford nosey.
I am happy to hear you have found a way to release anger. But for some problem to raise you to the level of having to yell and throw things, is a bit scary.
I don't know what I'm trying to say right now, forget it... just, shout out to my mom... LMAO (this part was soooo funny lol)

I usually go for long walks to release stress, and it works great, but kicking a sand bag for a while could be equally refreshing :-)))
