for those who don't know: the handstand and the jumpkicks were all in the original Chen Xin classic book way before any of the current grandmasters were born yet. this is the first time I have seen it performed. must have got it from reading the old manuals

Don`t pay attention to those asses who are "armchair grandmasters". Tai chi must work, and nothing more... It is GREAT video, not the best but nice indeed. Applications can be clearly seen and understandable, and the dynamics and variable speed velocity as jnly Chen`s characteristic is hardly could be seen in famous GM performance...
