i prefer this original lp track over the one on the later albums....it was madly over-produced and edited later...this here is original and adds a sense of realness to it. STAY TRUE DOOM!
RIP SUBROC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE HIP HOP HENDRIX WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED!
i like this beat better more laid back and shit, damn im doing my research on all these original doomsday tracks today never knew doom did these tracks back in 97 thanks for uploading em man much appreciated
This was the first track I heard from DOOM back in 2001, havin no idea it was Zen Love X from KMD...it was a Bay Area DJ, so I really thought this mighta even been an Asian cat.
Lookin' for Fondle 'Em mp3 resource! Anyone know where I can buy digital? I don't have any of the old vinyl anymore and I am very depressed. Doom's Fondle 'Em releases were the best of his career. I need those old Siah and Yeshua joints, too.
apparently he only had like, a half a crate of really bad records to his name when he made the first couple tracks.. he used another atlantic starr instrumental on "red and gold"
@Majesticon Alantic Starr wasnt terrible though this also Uses an Isaac Hayes sample and a BDP sample. You are lying my friend. Also fondle em's astetic was abrassive so of course it was lo-fi.
before i could find op doomsday, i downloaded most of the tracks, and i got this version of dead bent, then when i bought the cd i was tryin to rap along and im like what this,i like both versions though the one one the cd is a quicker flow
i like this one more than the high quality...cuz this one is the original one and this one was the first version i heard and i think its way better it has a better chillax cool flow
wayne? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah DOOM would toss shit into his vocabulary and all he'd be able to do is talk it.
I remember waking up on a Friday morning and going through the Strech & Bobbito tape I made over night and finding this Jewel. I must have fell asleep while recording but I was loving this song and didn't know that was Zev Love X until a few years later.
Never heard this version before, sounds better than the version I was used to. Much more raw.

oh SHIIIIIIT
I heard this version on the radio back in late '97.
This was the sickest shit I heard. Didn't even know (at the time) that this was Zev Love X (from KMD).
Then 3 years later, I met up with Doom.

sorry but unless you're baked, faster is always better. ( I can see why they changed it on doomsday) still dope though, I'll pay my respects.
