@AwesomeSauce64 No actually Sam Jackson's gun is a 9mm, called a Star model B, its not even a 1911, it just looks like one. All the parts are unique, its actually a Spanish police/military gun, no longer in service. John Travolta's gun was a true Auto Ordnance 1911 chambered in .45 though. I have to admit I bought a nickel plated 1911 with the mother of pearl grips as one of my first guns just because of this movie lol.
