There was some computers on some vehicles that were set to the same frequency of a local radio station. Everyday when the radio station turned on it shut down the computers and vehicles as well. That was a bear to figure out. It is so nice to have a reliable vehicle..
Do your neighbors give you any grief about having piles of wooden skids in your yard?
We have lot of homeowner rules here.
My parents first house had a 2 car garage that was turned into a family room.
Even though it was walled up from the inside, we had to keep the garage doors on the outside to keep up the appearance of a 2 car garage on the outside.
So we had 2 garage doors that never opened just to keep the other homeowners and their club from pouncing on us.
nothing like that sooner or latter i might get a complant more due to a fire hazzard or kids getting hurt but everyone knows they will all be gone in 2-3 months some rules are just plan crazy
I own a 94 Toyota Hilux , starts every time, bulletproof engine. All I ever had to do since I got it two years ago was service it every six months. My family car is a Citroen XM 2.1 td, it is very easy on fuel, 50+ mpg.
I had a Toyota 4runner with 420,000 miles on it and was still purring like a kitten. Have you checked out top gears how to kill a Toyota watch?v=Lrk6vsb77xk
my dad use to tell me that smoke coming out was mosqito repelant lol. i'm glad to see you finally got the dakota straighten out. great video my friend.
My wifes new 2005 Ford Fucus is already having it's computer going out. Still close to $6000USD left on the loan, 95000 miles on the odometer and not under warranty. Has about $15000 or so in repairs needed over the coming year or so.
If you see a deer...do not try to avoid, hit the gas and take her out. Solves two problems, it might help if you were to go for an evening drive just after dark on some back roads.
@glassman1313: Our car sits low. It's too dangerous to try to hit a deer with it. The deer would likely go through the windshield and hit us in the face.
Yes, the magnum. It's pretty quick for a truck.. I've tried to get good mpgs and I got over 17 combined on a few different tanks. Right now I'm driving like a maniac and I'll probably get less then 12. lol
You know, I really should have known that.... I had a Hyundai Excel one time, and it was throwing out numerous codes. The mechinc here in town told me the ground wire for the computer was bad and that was why I had alot of codes.
To be fair, he was really good though. He could have easily charged me for a whole new computer. Instead, he charged me $80 labor and that was it!!! Very nice guy!!
Good to see you got the truck going again man!! Take care!
it would have but the numbers on the computer where different so i was afraid that it would wreak the one in the van it the truck had a bad short or something ,you got my budys escort working though!
Most dodge products from 1987 to 1995 have computer and wiring problems my k-kar went five computers in two years any problems always start there first
Nothing like it when your truck finally works , always worried about breaking down lov it good video !!!!!!

what engine did it have?
HomesteadAcres 2 years ago
My '95 had the 4 banger with a 5sp stick. It got great mpg and towed a 68 chevelle on a u-haul dolly one time. What a great truck it was...
